Anita brings more than 15 years experience in global sales and marketing.  As an integral part of the founding team, Anita focused her energy on educating prospective clients, as well as an entire industry, on the value impact of e-Procurement and continues to do so with new target industries.  Prior to co-founding ReactorNet, Anita was an independent consultant to the cinema industry where she brokered multiple vendors to international clients as well as completed research and sourcing projects.  Prior to this, Anita served as VP of International Sales for Ricos Products Co. where she was responsible for acquiring and maintaining national and international accounts.

Phillip Day oversees the company's architectural growth and stability and leads the development team as our product offerings continue to grow to meet the needs of our customers.  Phillip has an extensive experience in application development with an emphasis on Internet based solutions.  Prior to co-founding ReactorNet, Phillip served as Senior Analyst for Southwest Business Corporation (SWBC) in San Antonio, Texas, where he was responsible for the development of various Internet and desktop applications.  Prior to SWBC, Phillip was a Financial Analyst with FinSer Corporation, a financial services firm in San Antonio, Texas.

Anthony Kylitis leads the Marketing Team in developing and carrying out its core marketing initiatives.  He also oversees the Accounts Services team to ensure on-going support and reward for our clients.  Before co-founding ReactorNet, Anthony held the position of Senior Consultant for start-up Reliant Data Systems in Austin, Texas, prior to their acquisition by Compuware Corporation.  As a member of Reliant's Professional Services group, Anthony was responsible for pre-sales, services, and support.  Prior to Reliant, Anthony served as a Senior Analyst with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC).

James Watts leads ReactorNet's operations and finance departments.  Additionally, James oversees ReactorNet's strategic activity which includes the exploration of all strategic partnerships.  James brings 15 years experience in the financial software industry.  Prior to co-founding ReactorNet, James was a Vice President at FinSer Corporation, a financial services firm in San Antonio, Texas, where he led the development of software solutions for the community banking industry.
