on-going success. We provide access to skilled technical resources and flexible,
easy-to-use telephone and on line help tools for timely, effective assistance.
Professional Services
- Implementations Services: Includes initial systems installation and configuration
support, plus 2-day On-Site training.
- Account Management Plus: ReactorNet professional services resources assigned to
a client to serve as an extension of our client’s staff to maximize adoption, support
supplier enablement and provide on-going system support and training. Account Management
Plus is offered on a monthly basis with a three-month minimum.
- Consulting Service: ReactorNet consulting resources work with our clients to fully
leverage their investment in eProcurement applications and to maximize their time.
